Overcrowded and a little on the slow side. The 3 for me $10.99 is a good deal. Really friendly service! Plan on spending $30 to $35 for 2 people.

Ordered skillet queso and a side Caesar salad. Salad had wilted lettuce and the skillet queso tasted like bean dip and was just solid mush in a bowl. Also, the tortilla chips were stale. Horrible taste and will not order again.

Great place with 95% good cooking. Other 5% could just be a certain variety I get. Reason I put 4 star and not 5 is you could walk in with empty tables but still have to wait. Understand the staffing issues but gotta make it work for the customers if need to pay more to employees to cover empty tables.

Bartender did not know of happy hour wine drink special advertised on their website and had to get a manager to honor price. They were very rude about it. First of all telling me they could not honor anything on the website until I asked for a manager and she honored price but was not apologetic. Ordered cheese sticks and chicken crispers and they came out quick but both were cold. Food was disgusting!

The waitresses started out fishing for a bigger tip by letting us know she just had a baby. The food was subpar, and the AC was cranked up so high our food got cold before we could finish it. The waitresses only checked on us like once, and was outside when we were ready for the check. Once my son figured out we could pay our check at the table, the waitresses suddenly showed up out of nowhere to be sure to receive her tip.

Rachael, our table runner, was phenomenal. She made sure that we had everything we needed. She kept the refills coming. She was more helpful than our actual waitress. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Our food was hot and fresh. We did end up having to wait more than 15 mins to get a to go box. We had to go interrupt Rachael, who was cleaning another table, to get a box and our bill. We visited around 8:30 on a Saturday night, so it wasnt busy, I’m not really sure what happen to our actual waitress, from what I could tell, we were her only table

My wife and I had an amazing time at Chili’s in Somerset, KY. We ordered the Big Bacon Ranch Barbecue Burger with fries and a Fried Chicken Sandwich with fries. Both dishes were delicious and satisfying. The service was attentive, and our waitress took great care of us. Despite the generous portions, our bill came to around $35 before the tip. We will definitely be returning to Chili’s for another fantastic meal!

Went to the Somerset location for a Mother’s Day treat. It was packed. Service was great even though they seemed to be overwhelmed. I’m sure the staff was gassed and maybe frustrated because they were having to work and not spending time with family but from what I say they didn’t miss a beat. I did have one major disappointment and that was with the Chicken Fajitas. The chicken appeared to be microwaved or heated up somehow other than in a skillet or on the flat top. No sear or char at all which seems to be common with most skillet fajitas. I think everyone else in our group was satisfied with their meals, though so I feel like a 3-Star may not be applicable to the entire group.

First time visitors. Was absolutely amazing food! Definitely get what you pay for plus more. Chili’s has an extensive variety of menu items to satisfy all different cravings from fajitas, pizza and burgers and many more items.
