I placed an online pickup order here this past Monday as I was super excited to try them having seen this place on various social media platforms. This was my first time here. I ordered the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles with extra beef, a side of mac and cheese, and a drink. I arrived early and waited patiently for my pickup time to arrive before going in to get my things. Let me say, the place was very clean, in a cute location, and the staff were very professional and nice. My issue isn’t with them at all. I got outside and decided to dive right into my food and was immediately unimpressed. I was expecting something flavorful and delicious and it was just bland. I got the spicy and cilantro immediately but that’s it. It’s like the dish had no salt or other flavors at all! I took a sip of my diet Dr. Pepper with cherry flavoring and it tasted like seltzer water. Even more disappointment. I took about three disappointing bites in the parking lot, then drove home where I added more spices and salt to give it some flavor. Only then was it edible and enjoyable. I still haven’t eaten the mac and cheese. To be honest, I’m a little afraid to try it but I will eventually. In all the order cost $25.48, and I don’t feel it was worth it at all.

Peanut Sauce doesn’t exist here. The pad Thai (although amazing) I don’t think most people want to eat dessert when they order pad Thai. Tastes like 2 cups of sugar boiled with soy sauce and herbs/noodles thrown in. I only got one napkin for my order, and I’m still hungry after finishing my meal. Don’t come here if you’re hungry, come here for FUN.

First time eating at this chain, and we enjoyed the 3 dishes we ordered! Seemed fresh with a lot of distinct tastes. Would definitely consider going back. The only thing would be it would be great if their portion sizes were larger.

Great place for a good plate of food. The portions are perfect and my Korean spicy noodles were great. I love the place for its friendly and helpful staff. It’s clean and has a nice ambiance to it. It also has outdoor seating which will be great when it’s warm. I wanna come back for some other dishes

The food was what I was expecting but the service here is very slow and needs improvement. In general restaurants have been struggling with keeping good employees, or any employees for that matter, but they are not able to keep up here. There was no one in line when I ordered 2 items from the menu and it took about 20 minutes to revive our food. From what I could tell all the employees I witnessed were actively working so my thoughts is this location is understaffed. Maybe too many online orders?

The tables were all dirty in the place, I asked the gal who brought us our food if she could spray and wipe our table off and she said that they don’t do that (obviously) but she would bring me a paper towel to wipe it off. She did bring me one that was dry but it didn’t get the sticky stuff off.

I got Regular Japan Pan Noodles $7.00 with added veggies $3.00 and Impossible Panko vegan chicken $4.25 and a small fountain drink $3.00. By the time you add the tax it’s over $18.00. While it was fast and edible, it is a mediocre entree for $14.25. I come here when using the EV charger across the street and other places aren’t open, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it. The price of their added proteins add about 50% customer cost to most of their entrees. The Impossible Panko Crusted vegan chicken very little flavor. The sauce in the entrée has a flavor dominated by salt and sugar.

My spouse and I ordered Delivery the other night and it was delicious . Improvements in Delivery may be possible however, in the future, in remembering the extra parmesan requested. (This isn’t a big issue but in my experience, when delivering, companies typically forget the extras. And if we don’t point it out, it will never be fixed.)
