They just canceled my order and didn’t tell me. It was a 55-65 minute wait time. So after an hour and a half, I decided to call. Apparently, the location closed due to being short staffed and I should have received a call. I was careful to watch my phone, email, and “order tracker” (because I’ve had them cancel an order over a missed confirmation call in the past). Their order tracker said the order was received and was being made. It was a total lie. No call, email, nothing but the order tracker assuring me that my order was being made. By the time I called, the locations were closing. So order your pizza here if you like inviting friends over and starving them into leaving to search for an open restaurant. Good luck

Ordered a pizza online for delivery, when checkout was done something didnt seem right so i called to check if it was for delivery and the employee that answered told me it wasnt. This wouldnt have been a huge problem if not for the fact that i had payed the delivery fee as well as a 30% tip for the delivery driver and when i went to get the pizza myself they ignored me when i asked for those charges to be refunded since there was no delivery driver involved due to what i can only imagine was a website error because i was still charged all the delivery related fees. After telling me to have a nice day and getting to my car i opened the box to see if they AT LEAST got my order correct. Nope. Toppings were missing and there was almost no sauce on the pizza. I gave up after this and just went home with it.

Can you tell me if this looks like a veggie lovers? It is tough to chew. And over cooked. Worst experience ever. Me and the family weren’t satisfied. As I ordered a medium half cheese and half sausage and was hard to chew for the kids. Worst $35 spent. Wasn’t correctly cut neither.

Every time I order pizza to be cut in squares it never happens. This time I was told by the manager Angel that the order they get doesn’t list special instructions only on the receipt. And they don’t look at the receipt they just tape it to the box.

I will never buy pizza at this Pizza Hut again. As you can see by the picture, they drowned the pizza with excessive amounts of sauce. I ended up giving it to a homeless person who was more than happy to take it. He didn’t care that it was swamped with sauce.

Made 2 separate orders to this pizza hut through grub hub, received a email that the food was being prepared and then 2 hours later got a email that they canceled the order. 22 people were relying on these meals and Pizza Hut completely fell through.
