Been going there since I was a kid. The chicken is the best in town always get the special. Mexican coke. Old fashion barstool eating area and tables. It’s an old restaurant that has always made chicken

Fried chicken was good although it wasn’t made fresh when I ordered it, it wasn’t that bad. Now the onion rings, they’re the BEST!! burgers are good too but I wish they had refillable drinks. Other than that their prices are fair for a quick bite

This is an old restaurant older than 80 years. Their specialty are hamburgers and fried chicken !! Still as delicious as when I was a little girl. It’s an old building with great tasting food.

Horrible disgusting place, I can’t believe I gave them a chance. Hint: If the place looks ugly from the outside, it’ll look ugly on the inside and the food might also be bad. I should’ve gone with my gut but we went in anyway. Aside from the awful appearance of the place inside and out, the burgers were terrible and just a step above a school cafeteria burger in quality! No joke at all, even if you’re a bad cook, you can make a much better burger at home. The burger was cheap all the way around, there’s no doubt they use very cheap quality frozen patties. They also charge you a fee to use your bank card. Another valley business who wants to encourage people to use cash so they can hide their earnings.

Brought my husband old memories when kids go every Sunday. Chicken nothing fancy just how it should be “chicken” great prices. Hope community will keep supporting this gold mine of times past. Built 1946

I decided to try this place based on reviews….This place does NOT have the best chicken in town. The chicken looked good, but the breading tasted like Chester’s chicken to me – like old oil. The chicken breast was as tiny as the leg and the meat was so dry and flavorless. The burger was OK. My favorite thing there were the fries that are bought frozen and kinda taste like the old Wendy’s fries (Big Daddy’s Burgers have the same fries). The place smelled really weird like old moldy things which is not great when you’re trying to eat. We left and went directly to Starlite Burger 3 blocks away where they DO have the best chicken in town.

Meat Patties were way overcooked, hence dry. Buns and veggies were all fresh, good. Ordered to go, but while I was inside the place look pretty scary (old, unkempt/run down) to eat in

Got what I assume was a typical quarter pound burger with cheese. It certainly wasn’t a 1/3 or 1/2 pounder like some places but it was under 5 bucks and super soft and filling so it was nice. Total with fries and two drinks was under 9 dollars and it was all very filling so in comparison to the rest of the field it was a pretty good deal. The setting might not suit everyone so it’s hard to say everyone would see it as a 5 star place overall and while the food was good and also cheap, it wasn’t anything to get excited about so 4 stars seems fair.
