First time eating Chubby’s in a few years. Came in Sunday evening and the staff was very friendly and helpful with future recommendations. We ordered three Cheese Steaks including one American, one Mozzarella, and one Philly Cheese Steak. The Philly had predominantly more meat would have liked more meat in the others but the American was the best tasting by far. Next time we’d also ask them to toast the inside of the hoagie on the grill for a few seconds. For a side we had classic crispy fries. Absolutely try their hand-squeezed lemonade! Original was a tad sour but everyone talks about the blue raspberry lemonade and cherry lemonade. The Philly could have fed two people in case you’re someone with a smaller stomach. The place was empty but they had a lot of pickup and delivery orders. Definitely will be back to try the burgers and wings!

I’m going to give benefit of doubt. More like 3.5 stars. Lots of options. Prices little high. Odd when I came in there was mason working who asked me to avoid tiles he just put down, with tools laying everywhere. Liability waiting to happen. That said, I’d choose here over nearby fast food. Ok, I guess I’m going 3 stars, simply because I wouldn’t crave coming much more than once per year.

Ok family came here on a Saturday night and it was basically empty…that was the first red flag. I ignored it because I have eaten here in the past like 2 years ago. Our total was like $75.00 for a family of 4. And I was so disappointed. I don’t complain so I just sucked it up. I will never order from here again. I felt like I was just throwing gmy money away. They shouldn’t even call it a “Philly”. I am so un happy.

Customer service from staff was poor. I ordered the “Philly steak cheese meal”. Meat does not taste or look like steak to me. Not the best sandwhich and probably at the lowest end in my opinion. The bread was extremely dry even with mayo, the meat had some flavor that was not good. The meat, onions and peppers were not cooked at order. It taste like it was premade and terrible idea. The sandwhich was not steaming hot and I dined in. The fries are the only thing I can say that pretty good. For this to be a cheese steak place. Smdh. It does not live up to a real cheese steak. Two thumb down. It was a waste of my money and I will never come back to this samdwhich shop. Do NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered the cheesesteak with pepper Jack cheese. The “steak” tasted reheated and not fresh. The fries were the best part of the meal and those were mediocre. Overpriced.

Horrible, just horrible!!! Don’t eat here. Tried for the first time on door dash. First off they changed there name on door dash to Burger MKE because they know people don’t like this place. I ordered 2 burgers, with Angus beef patties and some toppings. The pictures are what I received. Attached are also pictures of the receipt I received with the bag. So the orders were entered correctly. Just made completely wrong! They were both black bean veggie burger patties and the toppings were both way off too, like gyro meat????? Who would get a veggie Pattie with gyro meat? I called the restaurant, and they were very much less then helpful they told me there was nothing they could do and refused to give me my money back or even just make the order right! They swindled me out of over $30! If you want to give your money away and not get the right food then this is the place for you. Please just go somewhere else. And hopefully they close this place.

Super friendly service, good hot food, made up quick. It’s going to be messy so be prepared for that. The soda machine with the flavor syrups was a nice touch. They also have a Miss Pac man/ Galaga machine.

The cheese steak would have been 100% better if the shredded cheese used would have been melted while the meat was still on the grill. Fyi to the employees when the meat is cooked put the cheese on it, the cover with the bun, allow cheese to melt then pick up entire sandwich from the grill. The flip into bun while holding bun. I would gladly come in and show you the proper way. I was going to ask if I could when I finished eating but had to go.
