Drove down 40 minutes for our first banana split of the year. It’s worth the wait! Had a good-sized portion of vanilla soft serve with plenty of chocolate, strawberry, and pineapple toppings! Nice chunks of pineapple and strawberry toppings. Very satisfied with whole experience and our desserts! Hard to beat their soft serve for quality, texture, and flavor.

Went there tonight with my one-year-old son and my 8-year-old daughter. After we place our order it took them about 20 min. just to ring in my order so I could pay. The guy behind the counter was very nice but he seemed to be new and unsure how to ring in certain items. The other workers didn’t seem interested in helping him ring in the blizzard at all. They said they didn’t know so he had to call his manager on the phone which took another 10-15 min just so I could pay. All while this was happening the lady behind the counter that was making the blizzards proceeded to give my daughter and I dirty looks throughout the entire time. My baby was starting to get antsy after being in there for about a half hour or more and they were obviously very annoyed with me; giving me there mean mugs and their eye rolls. The icing on the cake that made the whole experience terrible is when I was on my way out and my daughter got extra hot queso sauce with her pretzels that we ordered & it was burning her mouth so I aksed if there was anything else besides extra hot sauce for her to dip her pretzels in and she told me NO! I pointed to all the different sauces that was right behind her behind the counter and I said are you sure that there are no other sauces and she said there is absolutely nothing she could give me and turned and walked away! I was very upset that I spent $30 at a place that made me wait about 40 minutes with my baby just so I could pay and wouldn’t even give me a different sauce when there was clearly lots of different things behind the counter. Never have I experienced such rude customer service in my life! This was my first time ever here I’m just visiting for the week on vacation. Was so excited to try this place out and the customer service experience I received today 8/30/2023 at about 5:30pm completely ruined it!

We walked in and the music was so loud that I couldn’t hear my husband. I requested it to be turned down and the cashier laughed at us. My husband said “no, seriously, I can’t concentrate on the menu”. The cashier did turn it down. After that service was a bit short. When we went into the larger dining area, the music was still blasting. Overall a very frustrating experience.

Food is ok. If getting take out make sure you check for everything.. they tend to forget things like your sauce even though they’ve upgraded their registers to ask for a tip.

I was surprised to have such a great experience after seeing all of the bad ones and still going for blizzards anyway. While the three blizzards we ordered could have been out a little quicker, they were all overflowing with that blizzard goodness!! The staff were polite enough. This is just my general price shock of the area, but three blizzards were $20 which surprised me.

People behind the counter taking orders and serving the Blizzards were so rude and unprofessional. We will never go back. Nevermind that they had false advertising in front of the counter, which I ordered, they made the wrong thing, called them out on it, wouldn’t admit they made the mistake and made us pay for a new Blizzard! Then my husband saw them turn the sign around that I had pointed to and ordered from!!!

It’s DQ so you know what to expect in terme if lp. Great location just down the street from Story Land but I wish it had a drive-thru since the last thing I want to do after chasing my kid through Story Land is get back out of my car!
