I was there yesterday 08/21 and there was three people working and all three people had there backs turned away on there phones doing nothing. One customer came in and none of the employees acknowledge her so she left. Instead of them being on there phones they could have cleaned something or restock stuff. But nope they were stuck in their phones. I have been a manager before if I saw the employees on there phones I’m sorry I would have just sent them home. They are not being payed to be on their phone there was a lot for them to do But love the food otherwise

They’re typically pretty good, but this time made me sick and worry. Im a casual, i enjoy my noodles. But this time was very different… i didnt think much of it, and per usual i go after my meatballs first, but this time they were colder, under a luke warm at this location but looked cooked. I continued, clearly not in the right mind and just hungry bears… after i finished my meatballs, i went for the noodles, and there i saw it, a full stalk of uncooked raw hard noodles… few hours later the sickness began. Im super happy i tipped by the way… look at the pictures… i wish i was Karen enough to run the store down…. stop hiring children who cant follow basic procedures. Youve lost my appetite for noodles.

I love Love this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and fresh. And the customer service is always top notch. Rick served my wife and I, even honored a picture of a coupon I had left at home. Rick was helpful and courteous every step of the way. When the soda machine ran out of the soda I liked I mentioned it to him as he politely dropped our food off at our table, he kindly acknowledged it and thanked me for letting him know. He then immediately exchanged the soda, asked us how we were doing with our meals, and let me know that the cream soda had been replaced and was ready to go for me. I watched Rick help other customers as well and this experience was not unique. Rick took care of every guest and made me feel like a million bucks on a $10 meal. If the food wasn’t enough of a reason to come back, this type of customer service will bring me back in the door time and time again!

I had the shrimp scampi which is marked as a spicy dish but I wasn’t sure how. They even went so far as to let me look at the packaging for the sauce to check for known spicy ingredients and black pepper. There was a bit of back of the throat heat but that may be from the vinegar in the sauce. It was otherwise absolutely delicious!

Absolutely horrendous service… waited 15 minutes beyond the time my takeout order was supposed to be ready with three people in the whole store. Only because the employee flat out didn’t even make half the order. Then they forget the chicken on my Caesar salad so after driving home I drive all the way back just to get attitude from all the employees looking at me perplexed that I want the chicken to go with me salad. One of them yells at me to have a good night as I leave. I will never set foot in this place again.

Waited 20 minutes for my food and when it didn’t show up I asked the staff where it was and they straight up ignored me. I had to ask multiple people before being told that my order got made but disappeared? It wasn’t even busy. Never coming to this location again

Lately has been very good and the employees have made my orders perfect. Even the picky orders with extra sauce and plus or minus this or that have been correct and hot. It is greatly appreciated and I think they deserve recognition for doing a great job.
