Ordered pizza to be delivered to Homewood suites. They never delivered in the alloted time. Called them they said would be here in 10 mins they had two deliveries. Checked app it said pizza was delivered, I called back they said they knocked on the door and called. We were staying at a hotel they are not allowed past front desk and they never came. Finally after 1.5 hours I asked to have ordered canceled. Horrible customer service and no apologies. Don’t order from them. Hotel said they had previous order that had raw food. Avoid at all cost.

What a nightmare. My grandson wanted Papa John’s, placed his order and picked it up. Pizza was burnt and I couldn’t even consume my half. Called for an hour and no one picked up but the outsource CUSTOMER SERVICE from EGYPT. Choose Option 5 and repeatedly called back with Option 3 to only be hung up by the local restaurant. Is it that the local establishment knew the purchase was bad and didn’t want to hear a complaint? Worst experience ever for a measley pizza. The long winding call time to PAPA JOHN’S is not worth the effort. Audience may I suggest, MARCOS, CHUCKY CHEESE, DOMINO’S for your pizza purchase. Papa John’s is a big joke. and doesn’t want to hear of a complaint. Gas / Fuel is to experience to be back tracking. Thumbs

Fifty dollars for two tiny, disgusting pizzas? We ordered two heart-shaped pizzas. They were $25 apiece and the size of a personal pizza. (We get about four times the amount of pizza from Slowrise, Little Caesars, Morosos, Marcos, and others). The crust was burned on both of them. The toppings were gross.

I’ve ordered from this location on many occasions and, up until recently, they were efficient and fulfilled my order exactly. My last four consecutive orders have been way undercooked, but never to this degree. I ordered the garlic knots and, not only was I given the wrong item (note the cheddar), but they spent a total of what I would estimate to be three minutes in the oven. By the time I brought them the half mile back to my house to eat, they were no longer warm and didn’t have anything more than their outer layer to offer the hungry mouths I’d brought them home to feed. That white layer you see on the profile of the right “knot” is pure, uncooked, squishy, slimy dough. The inside wasn’t cooked at all; it wasn’t a question of which knot I chose from the box, it was uncooked in all of them. My dinner companion thought it was mozzarella cheese until he stopped to actually taste what he was eating–yes. Raw dough.

My pizza took an hour and a half to be delivered and was burnt when I received it. My boyfriend’s pizza was burnt as well. I’m not happy with this at all. They definitely had enough time to Not bring me a burnt pizza.

This particular papa johns is run by a bunch of wild kids… The few times I’ve been in I was shocked by how rambunctious the workers were. Once two of the counter workers were rolling around on the ground tustling, with flour all on their clothes; they did stop after a moment when they took notice to me waiting there to speak with someone. I honestly wouldnt trust that bunch to be courteous, make the food properly, or most of all be clean.
