The food was horrible, it wasn’t made properly and they didn’t care to fix it. There was trash everywhere, but the workers were too busy talking about the fact that they almost knocked a customer out the day prior. I do not recommend going here unless you want to be surrounded by trash and gross food.

Seriously y’all? I’ve been craving cinnamon twists. I had surgery 4 days ago. I felt good enough this evening to venture out to my local Taco Bell to get some and they’re not even cooked! No cinnamon or sugar on them at all. I haven’t looked at the rest of my order yet…. I really hope the rest of it is right.

The staff here is WONDERFUL! They were so attentive & welcoming. I have been to multiple taco bells and not one amounts to the people they had in the back and at the counter. The people in the back came to make sure everything was correct and great! The counter lady didnt mind me asking 1000 questions and coming up too the counter for different orders. I appriciate it. I wish everybody was so nice at fast food resturants the way these wonderful people were.

The staff was fine, but the food was absolutely disgusting. The soft tacos i ordered were covered in oil which tasted like pure chemicals and was all over everything in the bag making it all taste terrible.

I ordered through the app, and when I applied a discount it bugged and double ordered. I caught this prior to picking up my food but the app doesn’t give you a way to cancel the order. For reference McDonald’s and most other fast food apps give you a simple button to cancel an order, as they don’t even make the food until your arrive. I went to the restaurant and explained the issue, they said they couldn’t cancel or refund the order. There was only a supervisor there at the time and he said he would make a note and talk to the store manager about it. One of the workers comes out and gives me both orders even when I explicitly said multiple times I do not want the 2nd order. I’m one guy and the first order was more than enough to enjoy and be full. I had to trash the rest. I was never contacted by the manager.
