The wings were wayyy overcooked, not much flavor on the garlic parmesean and dry. The also charge almost $3 for water and not even a bottle, it was out of the fountain! Ranch was excellent but very disappointed in the wings.

This place has to be the SLOWEST place ever. Whatever you do, order to go through the app. Ordered dine-in. There were only 3 tickets on their counter to fill. Ordered a 15 piece classic…waited…and waited. Orders were coming through online & printing out and were stacked on the shelf waiting. Meanwhile half an hour went by and nothing. Finally got up to ask for a refund to which the manager said the wings take 8-10 minutes to cook. Cool, what happened to the other 20 minutes!? Went to chick fila, ordered and had my food in 3 minutes!

Trash management. I ordered classic (bone in) online it was a 24 family combo pack, and they gave me boneless. I drove all the way from Freeport to Lake Jackson and when I got home realized that they were boneless. I went to use the restroom and call them to see what they could do about my messed up order, and when I had went back my kids had eaten half the food (they were super hungry). So I told them what had happened and they pretty much said they couldn’t do anything abt it because my kids had eaten half the food, so I asked if they could at least give me a credit (6 dollars) of what the difference of what I paid for and they said yes. I proceeded to place an order for classic wings, because my husband hates boneless. So I once again had to drive all the way to Lake Jackson and when I got there had asked if they could maybe give me a free drink or some fries and the manager said that he had already given me a discount of 6 dollars and walked away. And I’m thinking tf he didn’t? He just gave me the difference in what I actually paid, for the order THEY messed up. So I’m damn near a forth a tank less then what I had from driving back and forth and extremely dissatisfied with the service. I was an avid wing stop fan and I can honestly say I’ll be relocating my business. And we’re a big family so when we order it’s never less than 40 bucks that we’re spending. And that’s multiple times a month. Do better wingstop.

Please check your bags before you exit the building. I paid over $50 for my order! When we arrived home there was only one ranch. It clearly said (X4 Ranch) when I place my order online. This is such a bad experience and the worst feeling ever.

I paid a little over $40 for my food. Took forever to get my food, even when not fully busy. Took forever for them to bag it. I got home, Took my food out. they only gave me one set. I was missing two other 8 count wings. I called, I was on my way to get them. I had to turn BACK around to get the wings. because they couldn’t fix or do anything with my order without bringing back the wings and fries i had gotten. I wasted so much gas. They couldn’t even let me keep the set of wings or fries they gave me for it being their mess up? No, stingy. I hardly go to wingstop, now I remember why.
