Extremely poor service. “Welcome to Firehouse…” Should change to “what do you want” 4 employees behind the counter and none know how to multi task. After waiting 15 minutes I asked about my cold sub. I was told by the one employee he was waiting for some bacon to put on top of another person sub that he would get to it next. He stood there doing nothing waiting for the bacon. After he finished that sub he did not get busy doing mine. Almost 10 more minutes another employee yells out my name and just extends the bag out for me to grab without saying sorry for the delay or even a thank you. And this place has the nerve to ask for tips at right after they take an order. This is not a one off I had not been in for 2 months because I received the same service last time.

The time before today when I visited Firehouse the service was so bad I swore off firehouse at Oldfield Crossing due to being told the wait for my sub would be 10 minutes and it was 45 minutes longer than that and Maxwell never offered me an apology or anything. My husband and I went to Firehouse just yesterday and the two young men and new young lady was working the whole restaurant and the two guys behind the counter making the subs were absolutely the most fabulous and hardworking I have ever seen there!! Only because of those two young men I will go back to Oldfield Crossing again!!

The customer service was Great. I called in to get 5 sandwiches made, I was in a hurry but they was on point by making the sandwiches in a timely manner. Christina was very patient with me and the staff was very helpful.

I’m a firehouse fanatic but and I never write reviews, but this new staff they have is poor trained and they deliver poor quality food. I ordered and they messed up my sub multiple times. Asked for a refund and they couldn’t even do that over the phone. As my sub wasn’t even cooked. I was charged extra for the customization I did and they didn’t even do anything. Manger was rude and not sympathetic. Won’t be returning.

Don’t go if you’re in a hurry at all. They put all the call in orders ahead of people actually there. It took 25 min for two subs and a salad. They were telling everybody behind us it would be 20 to 25 min and there were only 2 people waiting in the restaurant. That’s how most restaurants handle customers now.
