0 stars. This place is a dump. Morning crew never got my order right. Avoid going during the mornings at all cost, if owner is not there. Afternoon crew is better organized and rarely mess up. Had to dispute with DD Customer Service to get refund. Nightmare! They wanted to give me a free doughnut for my troubles… yeah right. Going to different location and wow, night and day difference. I rather commute a little further and get better service than deal with these amateurs. Stay away… you been warned!

I stop here frequently in the morning before work. Usually has a few people in line but it moves fairly quickly. Today no one was in line when I arrived but servers were both standing there doing something. I wasn’t spoke to for another few minutes after I started staring like is no one going to take my order. Cashier wasn’t polite she wasn’t rude just very bland. I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon croissant, hash browns, glazed donut, and a orange juice. Hash browns were undercooked and sandwich was over cooked bread was too crispy and not croissant like. Looked in my donut bag once I got to work. I asked for a vanilla frosted donut and they gave me one with sprinkles. I hate sprinkles!

Nice people but the parking is crazy and no drive through. I got blocked in by people parking in the entrance, so avoid parking directly out front and park over to the side parking lot. I have an injury and this was a bad choice for this morning trying to get to a client’s home. I definitely can’t do this location again while I have this injury and while they allow people to plant cars wherever and not in an actual parking place.

This place is rarity in the fast food world. I decided about eight months ago to cut back on spending on Starbucks and Nespresso capsules, and drink American coffee instead for financial reasons. I decided to check this place out, as it’s within a block from my house, and I wasn’t used to drinking American coffee at all my entire life.

I do like this place, the food is good, I do like it. The employees are just that, employees. They do not smile that much and I think that is the perfect product that you can get at a restaurant. I hope one day they may change, and then will be the perfect place to get snacks and coffee. I do recommend

If you order curbside prepare to go INSIDE the store to pick up your own order even though THEYRE supposed come to your car. I waited over 10 minutes, wondering why no one has yet to bring my order to me. What do I see? An orden just laying there on the table. I asked the employee that was there if the label says curbside while showing her that is says curbside only to be told “sorry” and walked away. So now I’m late to work, thanks. McDonald’s can never get an order right and dunking makes you walk inside for your curbside pick up.
