My first time eating at this restaurant. I did not get a good impression on this visit. My husband got tea instead of coffee. I guess they mixed their pods up. Had two orders of fries, one had to much salt one had no salt. The rest of the food was great. The staff was very friendly and they did give us a gift card for free entree. There is no Chick-fil-A nearby where I live, I was eating on the road, and pulled off freeway to try the restaurant. Anyway staff was excellent.

The food was decent, but the long wait and high price for what you get was disappointing. I don’t like that they come take your order so far before you can see a menu that if you don’t already know what’s on it you’re kind of hosed. So we tried to look up the menu online and then the person taking our order didn’t even know what we were talking about.

I am very sad to have to only give one star, I am very upset though. I stopped by to get the family a bite to eat since we have been on the go the last week since moving. It was breakfast time, so we got breakfast meals, when we got home one of our meals was missing, I had a feeling a should check, but the parking lot area/drive through doesn’t allow you to really have an option to check! Then on top of that the food that we did get wasn’t very good! Hash browns were fine, but the chicken mini’s the bun tasted almost stale and wasn’t very fresh. $40+ for stale and missing food!

Food was good. The service was direct and on point. I know you guys are running around as fast as you can, but please keep the bathrooms clean as possible. During busy hours, may I recommend having them cleaned every 30 minutes? I know it gets crazy.
