On our first visit service was very slow and the employee did not know how to ring up our order and we also asked for gravy on the side of mashed potatoes and even after asking another employee for help neither of them had any idea how to give us plain mashed potatoes with the gravy on the side. We gave it another try recently and ordered a large potato wedge which we received a box about 1/4 full. Very poor service ay this location and also half the items on the menu were marked as sold out.

Both people working the counter were outside on their phone when we pulled up. One went in and took our order then turned around and went right back outside. Leaving us in the restuarant alone. Was on her phone before she hit the door. She came back in a few minutes later and handed my husband the food at the counter. By the time he got to the table she was halfway back to the door. I ask about salt and pepper she turned around got it and handed it to me and started back out. Then I realized she didn’t give me my Mac and cheese. She said you only get one side with the dinner. I said I know that but I still ordered another side of Mac and cheese. She looked at the screen went and got it for me then headed back outside. We were such an inconvenience to them. There only concern was being outside on their phones.

terrible service. terrible attitudes. please hire a staff with some pride in their appearance and work ethic. my food was practically thrown at me for no reason at all. this was my favorite place to have a snack after work, sorry to see it go sour.

Got the Honey BBQ wings they were cooked Fresh and they were great. Young man in Front gave service with a smile. Which is really rare these days…Gave drink why I waited them to drop wings fresh….Thanks KFC looks like there getting back in track….

I attempted to place an order inside. I waited for 10 minutes for somebody to take my order and nobody ever came around from the back. Finally when somebody did come around he said, we can’t take your order you have to use the drive-through. Then turned around and walked away. Avoid this place like the plague. They are the most unprofessional and rude people I’ve ever met.
