Terrible I got to Zaxbys definitely the one in Durham. The fries where as if they weren’t cooked all the way the toast tasted as if the bread just got only butter, then I got the boneless bites in the sweet and spicy and lordddd them things was nasty I couldn’t even eat them like why they hard and why the sauce taste sour. Terrible I ain’t my bread because I was hungry

This was honestly a ridiculous experience. $30 for lunch and the ranch dressings were already torn open when we received them. That’s a huge health code issue. Also, they gave me a cracked salad lid so when I tried to grab it, it exploded everywhere. Do not recommend this zaxby’s location, unsure if other locations do this same thing. It’s unacceptable.

Wanted to post this quickly. The building and facilitaties looked great. The restroom and dining area was very clean. Service was fine and staff is pleasant. We arrived at dinner time so a little busier than usual but we got our food in a timely manner. The chicken is normally good so no surprise. I did see a man in a wheelchair struggling to find a table that he could roll under. Not sure if a designated table is available. Our meal was good and the staff quickly cleaned up tables keeping the place looking good.

Had delivery order today and it was my first time eating at Zaxby’s. Signature chicken sandwich was awesome with the Zaxby sauce. Chicken was flavorful, fresh, and moist. Best chicken sandwich I have had in a long time. Fries had a good flavor but the cheddar bites had no flavor and the only thing that saved them was the delicious ranch dipping sauce! Strawberry Fanta was delicious and thirst quenching, Price was reasonable especially since I will get 2 meals out of all this food! Update 5/08 ordered Chicken Ranch Loaded Fries and they were awesome!! $11.00 is expensive for fries but worth every penny!!! UPDATE 7/5/23 tried Funnel cakes and the flavor was awesome BUT they need to be eaten fresh out of the grease! They don’t travel well and mind were hard and chewy! Not worth the $5.00 price tag!!!

My family stopped for lunch yesterday and sat inside to eat. A HUGE cockroach walked toward us and tried climbing up our booth. My husband went to report the issue and meanwhile the customer a few booths over saw it and came and stomped on it, releasing tons of guts. We completely lost our appetites. A few minutes later a staff member strolled out to come take care of the issue but it had already been handled and cleaned up by the customer. To my surprise nobody apologized or attempted to rectify the issue.
