I am not normally one to complain. But in the case I have a 20 minute break and 3/3 times my food has been wrong.i figured it would be ok to say something. I work on second so it’s the same young man who takes my order Everytime. And my food is always wrong. They take 5 minutes to get me my food and so I have no time for changing what they give me. I will no longer be going to this location

Atmosphere? We were in the drive through, so not applicable. As for the food it was not eatable the fries, after asking for new/fresh crinkle cut fries I received old, cold fries that should have been disposed of. As for the super sandwich it barely had enough roast beef to cover the bun, one very thin layer.

I’m getting sick and tired of businesses not opening their doors because workers feel overworked and can’t work with less coworkers than they’re used to. I just want to sit down inside and enjoy my food, not in my car. It’s more of a disservice by not having your doors open then worried about if you can get the tables wiped off. I will not go through the drive-thru, dislocation has lost my business.

Arby’s has been really disappointing the past few years… From Florida to North Carolina and now Michigan. This has been my best experience from all three states but still something different about the fries… Not as much seasoning as there used to be. Sandwich was good.

They touch the food without gloves and give customers moldy ribs with hair by the sandwich my co worker went there yesterday and the service was horrible they laughed in her face. This is inexcusable we work in customer what is wrong with ppl if u can’t do ur job maybe ur in the wrong line of business.

Just left Arbys Cascade. 12:50 April 30th Sunday. Tried to order a medium drink and a cup of water along with a bunch of other stuff. The manager says they don’t do medium drinks anymore ot cups of water. Have to buy a large and a bottlw of water. We pull up to the window and he is taking another order and does the same thing, except this time his co worker speaks up and tells the manager that he is wrong. The manager agrees and says he is making the company more money. Out right lying to make a buck on fast food. The manager will be getting fired or I am calling News 8.

Race driven. If your white look elsewhere for Arby’s. I went with my family was met at the door by a black panther, dressed all in black saying they were closed. A black man in drive through was told go around again when whitey cracker is gone we’ll get you. I have not yet experienced racism till this Arby’s
