I had a horrible experience. The young cashier was friendly and accurate. The man handling my food touched my food after making change for the cashier. The kitchen area is filthy and the chicken was undercooked. I will never go back to this location. $30 for food we couldn’t eat.

Everything was cooked to perfection. They got the whole order right. The guy taking the order was patient and friendly. I was a little worried from reviews but I realize when things go well, it is not always reviewed. This was my experience and will definitely come back. Came in the lady behind the counter saw me come in she went to the back to do what I dont know the drive through lady saw me and said nothing by this time there were now 3 people in line and no counter people. Stood there for what seemed forever for someone to come our and help then as I’m placing my order she starts talking to a coworker. Really. I love kfc bur it seems all of them are lacking good staff

Disappointing, I think I got sparrow instead of chicken. At least the teaspoon of mashed potatoes was only $5! No more wet naps, and not even a napkin. Luckily the dog has fur suitable for wiping, (and my wife wasn’t watching).
