Me and my boyfriend wanted I good dominos pizza after work keep in mind it is a Saturday night at 10:30 pm so we get to the restaurant and my boyfriend tries to go in but the door is locked so I look on Google for their hours and it said the store was open until 1 am so why was the door locked? So being confused I called wondering why the door was locked if it said they were open and it went straight to voice mail and one of the workers looked right at us.

I want to thank this location for doing an excellent job with our order. I had screwed up and ordered online for the wrong day. It was for a birthday party (a pretty huge order). I needed it quickly. The first time I ordered a pizza on line a couple of hours in advance they made it Immediately and stuck it under their hot lights it was so dried out, I litterally, could not chew it. The second time I tried it because they offered two for the price of one. I ordered it for an event I was going to about 45 minutes in advance. I called them in less than 5 minutes to make sure they were not made too early. They already had them in the oven and assured me they would not be dried out again.THEY WERE AND TASTED TERRIBLE…….Nobody would eat them. Very imbarassed. Will NEVER use them again.

Ordered over $80 worth of food to be delivered at 6PM, Driver left in on the porch at 5:47 when I wasn’t there exposing that food to bugs, cats, dog and anyone that wanted to take it. So contactless delivery is supposed to be safe? FOR WHOM?? This is the most inconsiderate and unhealthy thing to do, I had ants and flies in my food and had to toss most of it in the TRASH, THANKS for delivering my order NOT ON TIME and ruining my plans for the evening and costing me over $80 for something the bugs liked. SHAME ON YOU!!

Placed an order once and the delivery driver sped down our road where children play and literally skid into the neighbors driveway. Placed a second order today and they got our order wrong, called in and they refused to replace my order, refused a refund, refused to place the manager on the phone but had no issue taking my money. The person on the phone said its against regulations to release the managers name. I will not place another order with them as this messed up order is a common issue. I’ll give my business to Imos from now on.

I’ve been to this store twice in the last week & a half. Order the Brooklyn & Hand tossed pizza, both where extremely thin. When I asked I was told the dough was over proofed but was offered no coupons or anything. Second visit, was told a certain time but upon arrival they hadn’t even prepared it yet so had to wait, even thought it took me a half hour to arrive. They don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction.
