Food was good and warm. Usually order from this location without issues, hence 4 out of 5 stars! Main problem lately is service speed. I ordered 2 containers of grilled nuggets on the mobile app and waited nearly 15 minutes in the store for them. The worst part is 3 employee women just talked with each other, right in front of me without acknowledging my presence and I had to speak up more than once to find my order was just sitting in a bag around the corner. I wish I could say this was a new issue, but it’s gotten progressively worse over the last few months.

This location does not live up to the Chick-fil-A experience. Today was the last straw for my wife and I. Drive through and inside are constantly a 15+ min wait, even if you order ahead. Today my wife and I ordered breakfast bowls only to wait a long time…and my food was still not fully cooked and only had 2 salad strips of chicken … Will stick to other locations

The food was delicious! Freshest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever eaten. Great portion sizes. We dined in and the staff is all very friendly. Dining room and restrooms well kept. My five year old says the ice cream “is good but not the best ever.” Would highly recommend this location.

We just went through the drive through to get our food before finishing our road trip back home to Pittsburgh and Alicia was simply lovely and put us in such a great mood with how kind she was! Of the few times that I have eaten here (both at this location and the franchise in general) I have been presented with poor service. Aside from the long lines (which I acknowledge is at no fault of the staff), I often have missing items. The last time I ate here I was failed to be given any sauce after explicitly asking for it. The fries were stale and hard. To make make matters worse the staff member taking my order threatened to spit in my food. While I assumed it to be in a joking manner it was both disgusting and unprofessional. It is unlikely that I will be eating from any Chick Fil A establishment ever again. It is experiences like these that make me wish there was an option to review less than one star.

As both a customer and a delivery driver, I can say this location has amazing service and amazing food! Every single interaction with staff I’ve had was positive and everyone there is always super helpful. Sometimes during busier hours it can take 10 or 15 minutes for an order to be prepared but typically unless the store is absolutely flooded with people it’s really, really quick! The food tastes great and I’d absolutely recommend this location!
