Waited in line for an hour with 4 people in line at the drive through. Saw more than 10 cars leave the line because it was taking so long. Finally got our blizzards and didn’t give any napkins and sides of the drinks were messy and leaking.

This is for the manager. Whoever the young redhead female is that is working the register right now is absolutely rude and disrespectful! Her attitude and the looks that she was giving me for no reason is something that I hope to never encounter again but the way she treated the 2 old ladies after me is unacceptable!! She literally ignored one of them and just gave her a dirty look as she was asking a question until the other one said “excuse me but she asked you a question twice!!!
