ok so they accidently made the dish way too spicy, I called and asked for a partial refund, the lady on the phone hung up on me. I called back and the chef said thats how they make Lemon Grass Stir Fry. I’ve ordered this 7-8 times in the past 6 months. Its never been unbearably hot. Chef told me to have a nice day and hung up. I dont know what planet you guys live on but, yeah no respect anymore. I didnt lose my cool or anything, but you cant just hang up on your customers or refuse to apologize.
