We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My first visit. The drive through is all computerized. No live person, which was a strange experience. It looked like the place was closed as there were no cars in the parking lot. The food was ok. Some of my chicken bites were overcooked.

How hard is it to make a simple little cheeseburger the way the customer ordered it? Why do the employees have to be lazy and disrespectful to customers? I don’t understand why people even go to work if they don’t do a good job and do a good job that they can take pride in. I guess it’s why they work at a fast food place and not somewhere else where it takes having to use your mind and apply some effort to do a job that they can be proud of. I’ve had it with this Rally’s. I live 5 blocks away in old Arabi and I go to this Rally’s every single day. They made good money off of me. I’m a chocolate shake and swirl ice cream eating SOB. Every day I spent at least $20 bucks at Rally’s. Not anymore. I’ll just get my ice cream from Consecos across the street and save myself the frustration that I get from Rally’s.

How useless can you be? Even with an automated order taking device the employee with the headset could not take instructions enough to understand that there was supposed to be special things added to the burgers. And they want Raises.

The girl got very rude when I asked her if the automated machine got my order right. She tells me she heard it and got it all down and everything was right. I get my food and get home and instead of the burger that I ordered, I get a chicken sandwich. Not only did I deal with an extremely rude worker for asking a question I also was given the wrong order. If the worker doesn’t want to do her job and will have a major attitude with customers then maybe she should quit her job and stop taking it out on the customers and getting their orders wrong!

First time going to rallys we explained we were new costumers and we added extra food. We made some mistakes and tried to get them fixed, this caused confusion and seemed to upset a few people there, when we were given our order the younger female started either they or you i didn’t really catch who she was referring to but that were getting in her nerves. When i asked if us she slammed window and walked away .never again would i go to this place . You get male was super nice and everything a employee should be . As far as the food it was not great I’d rather eat cold pizza .
