Purchased a philly cheese sub. I had heard so many good things about the food so I wanted to try it. The sub lacked flavor and it was just cheese, meat, onion, peppers, and cheese. I added steak sauce when I got home. The steak sauce made it taste a little better. When I make a purchase I want it to already have flavor.

The food was ok, my grilled chicken salad was good, but my slice of pizza that I asked to simply be warmed up and not toasted was dry, barely any sauce and the cheese was hard. The male cashier was rude and would not honor my college lunch special that I always get. Simply because I left my wallet at home. I had to go get my cousin who already ordered to use her college ID. And that’s messed up cause I’m a regular at this restaurant. I won’t be coming as much as I normally would.

Got 2 subs and a steak and cheese wrap. The steak & cheese wrap was greasy, tasteless and soggy. Such a disappointment for a 15.xx a piece sub. And there was just a tiny spot of cheese on it. Ask for oil and vinegar and it taste like they put very little vinegar in it. The soda machine was taped up and only options were fruit punch, lemonade and tea, which taste like crystal light. For the rates the food and experience should have been better.

Employees don’t know the menu, asked what came on a sandwich and it took several minutes just to get the wrong answer because that was not what was on the sandwich I received. phones also barely work as they could barely hear me and I could barely hear them.

Having just ordered my food, my family goes to have a seat to wait. The 2 ladies in the front, taking orders, begin whispering and looking over at our family. They began giggling as well. My husband tipped his drink over by mistake, and they just kept talking. We cleaned it up, no worries. Considering they are the face you see when you walk in, they will be the exact reason we are NEVER coming back.
