We ordered a whole NY pizza and we waited 20 minutes which was not too bad since they were busy. Unfortunately they had added Parmesan cheese which we did not ask for, since my kids don’t like it. I told one of the employees the problem and she said she had added free of charge I explained that wasn’t the issue. I never had this issue at other locations in California. She said she’ll make a new one and apologized. She personally took it to our table after a while. We tipped her for being so nice about it and the kids enjoyed it.

I originally had an issue with my pizza which the store quickly remedied. What resulted was absolutely the best pizza I have had in Orlando in years. Very thankful to the kind and attentive staff.

Second time I’ve been in the last couple of weeks, and the second time they attempted to scam me. First time, I paid with my debit card, and the man at the register acted as though the transaction was completed and was rushing me on my way. I said to him TWICE “it’s asking about at tip amount”, then he finally proceeded to turn the screen around towards me to determine what amount I should leave. I have a feeling he would have tipped himself whatever he saw fit had I not said something. Then today, the guy rang me up, I very clearly only had one fountain drink, but he charged me for two. I said “no, just one fountain drink” to which he responded “yep that’s what it is”, then when I persisted, he went back and removed the second one that was in fact added. Just a word of caution to pay attention to what you are being charged. I’m hopeful these were honest mistakes…but who knows.

17 dollars and change for a cheese pizza and a pizza with sausage… literally go anywhere else. California pizza kitchen is 30 feet to the left and won’t leave you feeling scammed with mediocre re-heated pizza. Wish I could give 0 stars

Don’t let them give you the older dry pizza from under the counter when the nice fresh pizza is on display. People like to see what they’re getting. Felt like a bait and switch. Would not have ordered what I got. Terrible unenthusiastic service as well.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady that worked on MLK day on Monday around 4 pm was pathetic. Doesn’t smile doesn’t greet and completely ignored me in the line. Jumps to people after me and then when I tell her I was standing before …. She says “ Oh I never saw you”

Terrible! Not busy, even just me! The front desk chatted with the chef all the time. My food may have only been cooked for ten seconds, I took it to the car and ate it, since it was cold! I didn’t go back because I was in a hurry, and of course I won’t go there again! horrible

Worst and grumpiest people there. Lady with big lashes and short height was so rude and didn’t even look like she wanted to be there. Their slices are worth more than a pizza pie in itself and the pizza that we got was burnt on the bottom. No care once so ever

Was on line at the Sbarro’s at the Millenia mall waiting to order until I saw the man behind the counter making all the pizzas with his bare hands. No gloves…nothing. He was kneading the dough, adding the cheese and pepperoni, everything with his bare hands. Then he opened the oven, pushed the door to the back open with his hands, came back out and went right back to making the pizzas. Never washed his hands or put gloves on. Disgusting. Before I walked away, I said to the cashier that he should be wearing gloves and she just looked at me and shrugged. I am not one to ever write a review but that really was gross.
