5/5 stars! Was very impressed with the quality of the store, food and service. Kitchen, tables, everything was clean. Pizza was perfectly crispy and full of toppings. The GM, Darryn actually took our order and had a nice conversation with us. Would have taken a better picture of the pizza but we ate it too fast because of how good it was. Will be my go to pizza place!

If the manager doesn’t care about doing a good job, neither will the employees. That’s what I experienced. Ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza add mushrooms, onion and banana peppers. Pizza arrived less than 30 min later with NO pepperoni. Called the store and the employee said he would get a new one out right away. 40 min later, still no pizza. Called and the employee said it just left. I live 9 min away. 25 min later, still no pizza. Called again and the manager said it just left and would be here soon. No sorry, we screwed up, or offer to make it right until I asked to speak to his supervisor. Still waiting on the call from his supervisor. When the pizza finally arrived , it was Luke-warm at bast and had less than the typical toppings. This place is not what you see in the commercials.

A slight emergency altered dinner plans so we ordered dinner at 730pm on a school night with hungry kids. It’s 900pm, the pizza hasn’t left the store, and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone for an update or to cancel the order. I don’t care what kind of value it is if I can’t even get it.

This store and especially the manager(I believe his name was Darren) is fantastic. I had ordered from another domino’s location and it got messed up twice and took 3 hours. The other location gave me store credits for the wrong items, so I called the Brooks School Rd location to see if I could use my credits at a different location from the original order. The manager heard what had happened with the other location and even though the credits couldn’t be transferred he said he could help me and got me the pizza I had been waiting 3 hours for in 10 ‘minutes and at no charge. Seriously good customer service, definitely will use this location from now on.

I’m obsessed with Domino’s, have been forever! I love this location because they’re the only ones that actually put tons of extra sauce on my pizzas like I request. Darryn is always super friendly with a huge smile on his face and Eric hooked it up this time with four times the sauce. Love the pizza, even better customer service!

When I ordered a pizza the lady there was very nice and polite and said that the order would take 12-17 minutes to be done and ready for pickup. When I waited 20 minutes and went in to pick up the pizza the guy there said that it would take another 20 minutes to be done meaning they had never worked on it in the first place.

I have to be honest – we don’t usually choose Domino’s for pizza night. My son had multiple friends over so after seeing someone post about their $5 special, I gave it a try. 3 of the 4 pizzas were perfect. The 4th was the one I wanted (of course). It had alot of pepperoni & I (gasp) hate pepperoni. If I tried to ‘just pick it off’ it removed the cheese as well. The reason we will be choosing Domino’s from now on is that they didn’t make me feel like a Karen for running back over to have them fix the mistake. Lol They also actually gave us “extra cheese” that we chose/paid for (other chains recently haven’t). Go Domino’s!!

Everyone is just ungodly slow. Every time I go in there I remember why I hate it. Ownership does nothing to help them. The skinny tall kid black kid is good at his job but the rest suck. I just hate seeing them grab my pizza with there hands and on their phones while my pizza sits there

Just don’t order from this store… Ever. I gave them a second chance hoping something had changed, but clearly not. Ordered online, said it would be 30-40 minutes. 50 minutes passes… No problem, it’s a weekend night and the roads aren’t great, no big deal…. But the tracker says my order is still being prepared. After 120 minutes their tracker told me my order had been delivered. I tried to call the store but all I got was 15 minutes of hold music. Not long after, driver shows up and when I asked why my order said it had already been delivered, tried to make an excuse about having to head back to the store for a sauce he’d forgotten. Maybe that would be ok if everything else wasn’t also a lie. Pizza and bread sticks were stone cold, gross and greasy, with the bread sticks being burnt to boot. I’ve spent the last hour trying to call the store and have yet to speak to a live human being. Interestingly, I now get a recording that says store hours are until 2am and this store is now closed (this started at 930pm). Which means… They shut the phones off so they don’t have to deal with complaints or refunds. This store doesn’t care. I’ll be speaking to the store manager and corporate next week but given how long this store has had this level of issue, I doubt anything will change. Don’t waste your money when there’s so many good local pizza spots around.

I see lots of negative reviews of this place but both times I ordered pizza they had my pizza ready in less than 20 minutes. I usually order the 2 for 6.99. They completed them very quickly and my order was correct. I do recommend that you order your pizza online. Calling an order in is just not a thing anymore at most restaurants. Food tasted great!
