Coffee is good that’s about it. The doughnuts suck even when fresh they get hard really fast they must use the junkiest cheapest quality ingredients they can buy. All the food is zapped in microwave nothing is freshly made. It’s not the same old DD it use to be American “Runs away”from Dunkin because the jacked the prices up so high. Sad to see bean counters screw up another company

Needed to grab donuts for a team of guys before a meeting. The guy that helped me was by himself and managed to get me fresh coffee boxes and the donuts while the place was extremely busy. Excellent service.

Took my grandchildren during their visit with us. Cashier was pushy as to how many donuts and then turned us over to someone else for their choices. Since I had already paid cashier, their choices were limited. I was disappointed in the way it was handled.
