look as many times I go there I learned ONE thing check your food.. I got a bacon burger I think double and they didn’t add bacon and gave me the SMALLEST piece of lettuce, another time I went I repeated my order.. ONE Steak & Cheese biscuit and ONE Steak and egg biscuit .. I got a sausage and cheese and a steak egg and cheese -_- how is it that hard to get an order correct?? Hardees PLEASE TRAIN BETTER. I’m pretty sure I got the person who ordered way before me bc he was sitting when I got there and he was waiting for his steak egg and cheese.. he probably got his order wrong too.

I visited this Hardee’s the morning of 2-24-22. The manager greeted me. I had no issues placing my order. Jamila was very polite during my visit. Mike prepared my sandwiches, pictured below. They look like the commercial, it was fresh and hot, the bacon was crispy. It was just how I wanted it. No complaints, give them a visit. Jamila is a wonderful employee, always so friendly. Mike is a veteran at Hardee’s and always takes pride in his job. They both are an asset to Hardee’s.

Food is not consistent. One day the hash browns will be great the next day they are half raw. Same for biscuits you will get a great one or one hard as a rock. Roll the dice on this one

This was an early morning run to quiet the growls of an empty stomach. I got up, quietly left the Hotel room in such of a close spot to find a meal to fill an empty hole. Lo and behold, it was Hardee’s two blocks away. The service was good and the food. I got the Breakfast Platter. When I inquired what was on it, I was told by the Manager, – “What’s on the picture!” So when I got up to the window, I killed her with kindness but first I said, “I didn’t mean to make you made!” Her reply was, “I’m not mad.” You know! I look at life as a gift from God and the better we are at showing how thankful and appreciative we are, the better our lives will be! So, Turtles, to the Manager and the staff and what I look at was I got what I wanted without incident and that was, “Good Food,” and that’s all that mattered. I’m happy, my bellies full and tomorrow is another day! Remember people: God has given us Life or Death. The question is, “Which do you choose!”

Lady at the drive thru with the locs is seemingly angry. Her attitude is horrible. I had a simple order, a bisc and drink. I didn’t order a combo. I told my order a total of 4 times. Twice at the drive thru and twice at the window. Why get an attitude at a patron or is this just the attitude of the 252. Down the street at J and J. I’ll spend my money with great CS. DO BETTER

I ordered only a cup of coffee, 4 sugars (Equal), this is what the cashier said that they had, and 3 creams. When she bought the coffee to my table, she forgot the creams and forgot the sugars, and the type of sugar that I requested. To add insult to injury, the coffee was cold.
