If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. When I ordered I wound up waiting over 20 minutes. After arriving home and handing out the food, my mom took a bite of her Whopper and immediately spit it back out. It was completely raw. I reached out, expecting a resolution. The GM Denise sent an email, requesting I call her at the location and when I did, not even 10 minutes after receiving the email, I was informed she wasn’t even at the store.

We came in and we were the 2nd in line, we ordered our food and noticed others were getting food before ours and (we did not order anything special.) When 10 minutes went by I went up to ask about our order and they could not find our ticket. I had to give them my copy, it took awhile to get it put together, they apologized, but it was very disorganized. We love the food but service was lacking.

Standing in line for about 5 minutes not one person acknowledged we was looked at and nothing said to us had to say something to get waited on!!!! Then watched a manager eating by the food Not normally this bad here. Add to this review, waited almost 20 minutes and still no food, watched our sandwiches placed in the warmer area. Asked for my money back, then was told that she thought it was a pick up order. Had every excuse, but when I watch someone playing on there phone at work and not working or helping guest very poor management. I hate giving reviews like this I would much rather give good ones

Went in ordered our food. Gave us everything on a whopper we ordered plain. We waited for our milkshake and it never came out. We went up to ask about it and they made one on the spot. It was pure liquid. The lady handed it to me as room temp pure liquid, it looked like milk. She shouldn’t have gave that out. Very disappointed. I’ll be going to McDonald’s next time.

Horrendous service.. kid hands me my food and says nothing. No thank you..just a grunt. Shame this place reopened as it could be used for something better. At least they have coca cola this time.

Went thur drive through and wanted a vanilla iced the women said we don’t carry it but yet few doors beforehand I order it. Went back a week later and order and they gave it to me no issues. Sounds like she didn’t want to make it. Go back again hamburger didn’t taste good at all. Go back just a few doors ago for my roommate. The drive thur closes at midnight and for whatever reason they closed at 1030.
