Zero stars. Messed up order and drinks. The soda tasted like mostly water no flavor. My beef and cheddar sandwich was cold. Buffalo chicken wrap was a nasty mess! It wasn’t wrapped tight so everything was falling out and had so much sauce it was coming out everywhere. They didn’t give us the ranch for the jalapeño poppers. We wasted $40 for garbage food

I am only giving them a 4 because they had just opened when I was there that day lime the Arbys itself not just for the day but opened lime the first week & I was all excited because Arbys has the best Chocolate chocolate shake on earth that is made with Geridelli chocolate syrup & I wanted one so bad cuz its been like 2 years since ive been close to an Arbys but they disnt havr their shake maxhine yet so I tried to talk them in to making it by hand for me but they finally had to explain they DIDNT have the ice cream & well really what goof is a chocolate shake without the ice cream? Its just chocolate milk but the employees were very nice & polite & handled my harassments -well I was picking- with grace & charm.

Very unhappy, They forgot one of my drinks and It was like pulling teeth to get someones attention to get it for me. I ordered French dip sandwich and didn’t get the Dip! Ofcouse I figured that out after I got home which was an hour away. Cashier was rude which was probably the manager because she was yelling at everyone…Yeah..I’m done with this place.
