It’s hit or miss. Sometimes you can taste the marinated flavor of the wicked wings, often times you don’t. It shouldn’t matter which location you choose to visit. But this one is not one I’d recommend. Cedar Ridge location is one I’ve always gotten that Golden Chick flavor/seasoning. I do the naked wings. So, if you get the lotta spice, you may not have this same issue. For me, it’s a definite “NO”

I’m not sure what these workers are listening to when you place your order. I asked and paid for a 2 piece chicken meal with dirty rice for the side and a Sprite. I checked my order to make sure I had everything, but didn’t open the side to make sure of what it was. Got home and was disappointed to find mashed potatoes with that yucky white Gravy. Chicken…not fresh at all. Can’t expect much from these places anymore.

Don’t go through the drive-thru they’ll take a picture of your bank card and try to use it and the food got me sick and the service terrible has somebody else food hand it to me definitely will be filling more than just a complaint.. also try to call and the phone doesn’t even ring it goes straight to voicemail stating that the calls are full just pathetic

What can I say, it’s a fried chicken restaurant in America. As to be expected, it took a while for me and my friends to get our order in with only one person in front. I got a 3 tender combo with a drink. There is NO ice, NO soda either, so raspberry lemonade it is. I grab my lid; Oh wait! no straws. I asked and they still didn’t get any. this is supposed to be fast food. this is slow and not convenient. So again, what am I to say, just another fried chicken restaurant in America.

Drive thru employee had no hat on. his nose was pierced it was only two cars in the drive thru took over 10 mins to get a kids meal. Had to sit at the speaker for 5 minutes before even getting greeted. Manger in blue shirt was just a bad. He used a calculator to give me my change not sure if he even rang up the meal. No good customer service at all. Employee also had window open complaining about customers steady coming through drive thru. SMH I would not recommend this location at all.

This place is not hygienic. Going through the drive through, I watched the drive thru girl close her window, then precede to immediately put food in my take-out box. She did not have any gloves on, has been touching that drive-through window all day, and USED HER BARE HANDS to grab the chicken tenders and and put them in my box. I was so disgusted. Nobody had gloves on who was handling food, and they have been dumping stuff out, cleaning up, touching money, touching windows, and have been just using their hand to grab our food and toss it in the box. I politely asked for an entirely new meal, but I feel bad for all of the cars ahead of me whose food she touched or any of the staff touched.
