I like to go inside, sit down in a comfy booth, order my food from the Taco Bell app to pickup inside, gain points for free stuff and enjoy my lunch in their wonderful cool restaurant. Colorful atmosphere, nice and friendly swrvice, clean, also has two touchscreen menu’s to take your orders in the front. If you have a complaint ask for the manager, I’ve always had good customer service.

Food was great on this visit, all came out as ordered. Service was mediocre, as we seemed like just another customer. Nothing above and beyond. Atmosphere was the same, just another day on the job for the workers. Cleanliness of the restaurant was why i give the four stars (could be less). The dining room was a mess, and needed tables cleaned, chairs put where they belonged, and floor definitely needed to be swept.

I would prefer Taco Bell on any day and my best choice is always black bean supreme chalupa with jalapeños , it tastes awesome .

Worst Taco Bell experience ever for me. I checked the order before I left and was missing 2 tacos, so I watched them make the tacos and give them to me. They did not put hardly any meat in them and the shells were stale. I also got home and my daughters cheese quesadilla had no cheese and was just sauce on a tortilla. Maybe it was just this location in Princeton Texas that has the food issue, but I will never go back to this location again. Taco Bell may have one more visit out of me in a different location and it’s not any better than I’m done.

I placed my order through the mobile app and came to pick up. The restaurant inside was extremely dirty. The floors were sticky from some kind of soda spill that you could tell had been there a while. The cooking/serving station in the back had strains of lettuce and bits of meat everywhere. It took 7 minutes before anyone even showed up to the register to help anyone. 3 people came in to return their food in the 15 minutes that I was waiting there. I know Taco Bell isn’t exactly known for their quality but this place is in pretty bad shape.

It would be nice if the manager could train the employees how to build a taco. Mine had barely any meat. No lettuce or tomato doesn’t really work for returning customers. My son went through Princeton Taco Bell , they shorted him on his nacho chips, he ordered the Dipping taco box. The dip taco with shredded beef had maybe a tablespoon of beef on it. Taco shell was broken with cheese only on one side. This is what happens when you hire people that don’t give a damn.

Terrible took over 30 minutes to get my order and when I got home found out that they had messed up the order. I will probably not ever go back to this particular Taco Bell. I had went inside to place my order due to the drive through line being extra long found out that they prioritized the drive through instead of going by who places the order first. Never again for me!!!

Not bad, quick, tasted good, hit the spot! Order was wrong from what I said, but correct on the receipt, so I guess it was just misheard twice. Oh, well, 20 years ago, I would have said something. Now, if I do, I am called a Karen and a bad customer, so I am not sure what you are “allowed, or supposed” to do in these situations anymore? I have not received my manual of how to live Gen X in a Gen Z working world!
