Whoever is running this place is running it in the ground. Where do I start? First of all, they ran out of Parmesan cheese…. completely. Then when we received our order in-store I might add, the pizza arrived in record time. Maybe 5 or 6 minutes. It didn’t take long to realize why. The pizza just had that look like it had been reheated because the cheese was brown and not stringy at all, plus the dough was tough and chewy. I think the pizza was ordered by someone else and either cancelled the order or didn’t pick it up then it found its way to us, then it made both me and my wife sick to our stomachs. Whoever did this should be fired immediately, this restaurant has lost another customer.

We had to wait in line forever behind 3 other cars, could not go in to pick up our order dye to doors always being locked according to them they have roof leaks and cannot open the doors which now has me wondering about if there is mold due to leaks. The big new Yorker barely had any Pepperoni on it and it was like eating cold hard cardboard only 15 minutes after getting it home.

To dark inside and it has a funky smell like wet mold. They wasn’t friendly and the waiter took off and when he returned back I was already leaving. Only person that was nice was the manager.

Should of know right away when the driver explained 1hr 30 min til they could deliver to us. Ordered Detroit style pizza. We received a regular pan pizza. Tried to call to fix order. Spent 35 min on hold. Can we get any food correct in any pizza place here in town?

We ordered pizza to take to our family, from the Morrilton location, today. Food was fresh and wonderful! The best part was the manager Angel! Her name fits her perfectly. Just a genuine, caring person. She was super busy, wearing many hats today but handled it with a smile. We had a great conversation with her. I sure hope her employers treat her well, financially, mentally and bless her with what she deserves. The owners need to revamp this location. So much potential here and when you’ve got someone who cares about her work and the customers, they need to take pride in their facility.

Honestly, I’m sick of this pizza hut. Ever since it came under new management, now that Shirley is gone, its trash. The pizzas don’t even taste good anymore. The sauce tastes weird on its best days, and normally it tastes old and burnt. They put the smallest amount of toppings on there two. On a large pepperoni there’s probably 2 or 3 pieces on top, and I think that’s ridiculous. Having to pay an extra $1 for pan crust that isn’t even cooked all the way and tastes like oil/grease makes me sooooo mad. Aside from the fact that the food is subpar, so is the the customer service. I’ve been yelled at before, called a liar, hung up on several times, been refused my food and delivery before, and have never been offered help without it seemjng like I was a bother and was putting them out. I’ve been waiting for it to work itself out, but it has only gotten worse. Not a fan of this pizza hut, but pizza hut is my favorite and go to spot for pizza. I might take my business to domino’s or pizza pro thought. . Very disappointing store.
