I went to Chipotle on 5/14/2023. Filthy does not begin to describe the Yuba City, CA location. The trash cans were over flowing with garbage. The floor was dirty. The tables looked like they had not been cleaned for days, There were no forks, no spoons, no sugar, no cup lids next to the soda fountain. There was no ice in the machine. People had to ask twice to have the ice machine refilled. The food counter was an absolute disgrace. The staff gives you the smallest amount of food you can imagine. They don’t take the time to drain the juices from the salsa or the beans, so your food is basically in a puddle of water. Each time a customer mentions the conditions of this restaurant, the staff always give the same response. “We’re short staffed.”

Sooo yummy! I got a burrito and it was sooo good. Fresh. Custom made. Ordered using the app and it was ready sooner than they anticipated. It was June, and when the lady handed me my bag (seeing my Pride watch band) she said, happy Pride with a smile. As a queer person, that made me feel good to be supported. I’ve always loved Chipotle, but now I do even more.

Food tasted good. However, the place was filthy. The food prep area was really dirty. There was food all over and it was a mess. I didn’t notice until we had already ordered or I would have left. Hopefully we don’t get food poisoning because it was very, very dirty.

I will often go inside to get the food I want. Today I was needing to grab lunch and made a to go order. It was not a busy day and I should have just ordered when I arrived instead. There was only one or two people in line at any time, however there were more than 5 of us waiting for to go orders. My food came out 15 minutes later that my pickup time making me late back to work. They failed to mention that one of the topings I ordered was out of stock and I did not find this out until I went to eat my bowl. The food was messy, but tasted fine. About an hour later I ended up being very ill and had to be sent home from work. Not a good experience at all

The food here is always really good. They have now al pastor meat. Its very good but its not like traditional al pastor. Not saying dont get it and its not good. But if you are expecting traditional al pastor its different.
