This is one of the cleaner fresher Moe’s we’ve been to. Staff was really nice. Our Moe’s closed so we stopped when looking for somewhere to eat when passing through the area. Food seemed fresh, not like it had been sitting for length of time.

It’s essentially Chipotle but better. There was only one worker behind the counter making the food, but by heavens she did a phenomenal job. Walked me through the process step by step, and never wavered in politeness and courtesy. I’d give the place a 10/10 for her customer service professionalism alone, but let’s not forget about the food.

First off even before you walk into Moe’s there is a sign on the door that bathrooms or for customers only. Anyplace that want to put a sign on the door that clearly tells people that they can not use the restroom unless they are a customer is tell me they don’t want my business. A restroom is something we all have to use and this is wrong. I did not use the bathroom at all while I was there nor did I see anyone else so what is the big deal if you get a couple people who do not buy anything but stop to use the bathroom it’s not like they drive out of their way to come just use your bathroom. Laziness and not a good business tactic. Also if you’re going to close at 8PM make sure you close at 8:00 and don’t put up a sign saying you’re going to close at 7PM . The food was not that good it was okay you feel rushed once you step up to the counter they want to push you through real fast and you can’t really have time to look at the different options. As for me I do not go that often and I am not familiar with all of the options that you have. Being rushed when there’s nobody in line it’s kind of wrong. Not really friendly either. Also did not get a welcome to Moe’s …. Very disappointing.

1st time visit , got a spiced grilled chicken burrito, you get to pick and choose what goes on it and how much , because they make it right infront you. You get a pile of chips and with 6 kinds of free salsa , hot,med,or mild you can’t go wrong. I was stuffed and on my way in just15 minutes. The spiced rice and Moe’s sauce ..OMFG it was the best burrito I ever ate and I’m 59!! I’ve thrown alot of food down this neck ,and it’s gonna be seeing alot more of Moe’s…just sayin!!!

5/8 we went in to eat. They never said welcome to moes which isn’t a big deal but my 5 year old was listening for it. They put all the Salsas away because it was 8 even though we just sat down with our food. I had to keep asking for cups and the guy was so frustrated with us. I said sorry we didn’t realize you closed at 8, long evening with a baseball game and he just walked away. Also a $10 tip was given at the register. I just feel we were being pushed out after spending a lot of money and trying to have a nice dinner with family.

Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean but the food was terrible. the steak was like petrified meat biscuits. Trust me and stay away. Chipotle is far superior in everyway imaginable. Honestly the worst food I have ever had.

The 3 young men that were working were kind. They were out of half the ingredients. When you asked if they had backup, they would go check multiple times and half the time come back with replenishments. The service was slow but the men were nice. We visited at 6:00 on a Thursday, they were slow.
