I’m disgusted. I stopped in for lunch today (8/30). Right when I walked in, I could see there was a customer who had an issue with his items. The GENERAL MANAGER was touching bits of the sandwich that this customer bit off of. Then, she turned around and began bagging OTHER CUSTOMERS ORDERS without washing or sanitizing her hands. DISGUSTING! The GENERAL MANAGER of all people. I’d expect that from a new crew person or a teenager who maybe doesn’t know any better yet… but not a manager.

Okay to start I love this McDonald’s I’ve never really had an issue except for occasional accidents in my order, and some gross tables once and awhile but that’s honestly normal for a McDonald’s and I can’t complain. One worker in particular though, is very odd. He tells people (woman) to smile more and makes people very uncomfortable, as I am not the only one who has had this issue. I’ve heard complaints. Anyways this McDonald’s is pretty nice and the food is good!

Absolutely the worst service ever. Kiara is extremely rude and unkind for no reason. I had politely asked for a pup cup, and she had slammed the door in my face. I then asked for her name and she wouldn’t even give it to me. I had to drive around and ask the next girl with glasses, who also slam the door in my face. I don’t understand what the issue was, and why both of the girls were so upset and had to ruin my night, but this is not OK. I will be calling corporate and reporting this these girls were so mean for no reason. horrible customer service. If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed. There was no reason for this and manager seriously you should talk to your workers. They should just get away with this. I’ve worked in a restaurant business many many years customers always come first this is really not OK.

This is the BEST MCDONALD’S ON THE PLANET. I’ve been visiting this location for 15 years driving through and the food is always fresh and better than any other Mcdonald’s. Cheeseburgers are seasoned with salt and pepper and the buns are pillow-y fresh. Every. Single. Visit. The Mcflurries were mixed all the way through and anything I’ve ever ordered was BETTER than I’ve ever eaten at another location. I’ve been to McDonald’s in countless cities and this one by far is the best. Be sure to stop, if you’re in the area. You have to try it to believe it!

Food is always fresh and served in a timely manner. The staff is great and treat people like family. The table service is nice. They bring out coffee to the table so we don’t have to walk back and forth for refills. They also come around and clear the tables for us so we can enjoy our drinks without all the garbage clutter.
