We have been eagerly waiting for this restaurant to open and I’ll tell you, it was WORTH THE WAIT. I had the catfish dinner, and although the batter was not the traditional cornmeal batter I’m used to, the flavor was phenomenal in the catfish. The old bay fries were seasoned and cooked perfectly. My boyfriend had the Chilean Sea Bass, and as I am not much of a seafood aficionado, this was my first time trying it, and it was absolutely one of the best things I have ever eaten. The sweet chili thai sauce was the perfect compliment to the perfectly cooked fish. Our waitress Chelsea was attentive and helpful with the menu and kept our glasses full. The water is served in small glasses with a chilled bottle on the table. As someone who typically drinks a lot of water, I wasn’t a huge fan of this as it got warm quick, but it was a classy touch. The atmosphere was gorgeous, and the beach aesthetic done perfectly. We will absolutely be back.

We tried every charlbroiled oyster on the menu and they were all great. The fried shrimp was fantastic. The seabass was great. There were 4 of us and we each had 2 different Cocktails we were not at all disappointed. We will definitely be back, we drove an hour to get there and feel it was worth the trip.

This is a great new place, just opened three weeks ago and already firing on all cylinders. Light and airy beachfront vibe, small but perfect Gulf Coast menu, and impeccable service. We smiled throughout our lunch of grilled oysters (very good), ceviche (excellent), fried shrimp (excellent) and a shrimp po’ boy (amazing). For comparison the menu and decor are much like Goode Company Fish Camp in the Woodlands, but this is better food at better prices. Choosing between that place, Monty’s, and here, this place is going to get the majority of our seafood dollars for the foreseeable future.

Have really enjoyed everything we have tried so far. Sea bass was amazing, and so was the ceviche, seared ahi tuna, and red fish were all great! Oysters were fresh. Only thing not enjoyed was the dessert.

As residents of the apartment complex behind the restaurant, we have been so excited for this place to open up, and omg was it worth it. The seafood dip was so flavorful and not super chunky. It was filling by itself. We got the original oysters and they were phenomenal. They were pretty decently sized too. Our server, Sommer, was a delight. We will definitely be back!

We stopped by for dinner to try something new and the food was good. Ordered coconut shrimp dinner and the catfish dinner. Breading was a little thick on catfish but was good and the shrimp was on point. Our service was quite lacking eventhough we watched her give great service to 2 other tables, so I guess she just didn’t really want our table or a good tip (yes, I tip based on service). Overall a good experience and we may stop in again.
