Food is pretty blan. Chicken is usually cold or room temperature. The sides are decent. If you get chicken tenders get the spicy, the regular one are almost flavorless. The servers are nice and service is decent.

I ordered a family size okra freshly cooked, I got cold Okra. I informed the guy working that is was cold and tried to hand it back, he told me he couldn’t take it back through the window but he would have them cook it fresh. As soon as the female looked out the window she told him to get the okra back, she took it and put it back to serve someone else! This happened 15 minutes ago. That is just nasty. The health department needs to visit this store.

I would definitely rank this place higher if the young lady that was at the window wouldn’t have been so rude. It was my first time eating at the location in duncan, but I will be skeptical to return unfortunately. I may give it one more chance, because she may have just been having a bad day. The attitude she gave me when I asked why three orders were in two boxes was just uncalled for. Three orders go in three separate boxes.

The service was really poor and it seemed like that didn’t want me in the lobby. I food looks and tastes poorly made as if they wanted nothing to do with the place they work at. I would have dismissed a lot of this if they were teens but the staff looked to be in their late 30’s – early 50’s

The food is amazing! But the price is not!!! An the fact a gallon of “Sweet Tea” doesn’t come with the family meal anymore is bs. Ur gonna double the price of the family meal all together, and take away the sweet tea. U just lost a customer. Not that it’s effecting ur overall business. Good for you
