I’m disappointed in the customer service this Little Ceasars offers its customers. The food was great but this weekend I made a mobile order through the app. When I went to pickup my food I let the employee know that I was charged for food I didn’t order. I asked if I could get a refund and I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I was told that I needed to take my food and leave so other customers could be waited on. I don’t like leaving a negative review but I have never been treated like this as a customer.

Now I can’t speak for every Little Ceasars but the one here in Kilgore is just as good or better than any of the other places here in town. The staff is top notch and the pizza is really good and the prices can’t be beat. Definitely a go to for me.

They were slammed. It’s a bit of madness. Pizzas flying out everywhere. They were very quick and very positive considering a couple of customers were less than stellar. Can I just say the pizza technicians were on top of it. I was 5th maybe 6th in a crowded little area. The cashier with the flashy smile handled the front professionally and very positive. I just wanted a large pep for the hungry tiny humans at home and I figured I would be in there for atleast 30. Within 10 minutes I was out the door. Got home 12 minutes away and pizza was pippin. Fantastic group of individuals.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. Went here to get a crazy bread combo for my daughter. Paid for the combo and found out it did not come with the crazy sauce, even though that has always been included, and the picture on the menu even shows the sauce along with the bread (why else would you call it the crazy combo?) Avoid this place at all costs.

Really tasty pizza on the cheap!! Staff was friendly and kept the front looking good. I got there kinda early, they were out of pizzas, but they got my order correct and ready in under 10 minutes. Great job!
