BRO I SWEAR TO GOD I HAVE VISITED LIKE AT LEAST 25 DIFFERENT CHIPOTLE LOCATIONS IN NEW YORK CITY AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST ONE. The rice is ALWAYS wet and salty and the chips are even saltier and the beans taste weird and I just got a burrito bowl that I paid $16 and there was genuinely a teaspoon of brown guacamole and no more. And I got a large side of chips and there were probably 10 chips in there and no more and no less. ALSO THEY “don’t do water cups”??? LIKE WHAT??? ARE RESTAURANTS NOT BY LAW REQUIRED TO HAVE WATER CUPS???? AND DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE FACT THAT THEY LITERALLY NEVER HAVE ICE OR ANY OF THE HANDCRAFTED FARM BEVERAGES EITHER OH MY GOD. I do not understand why they can just never get it right. And I swear I am not a hater. In fact I never even write reviews. This was my first ever review I have ever written. But I was just so furious and I felt like I had to say it.

chinese manager was kinda rude when i came in he said they are not open and i said so i should wait 20 min then so i can order?he said no they open at 11am when in the front says 10:45am and its 10:30am already. he said he understand that the front says 10:45 am but they open at 11am. very dismissive and rude was not pleasant about his informative information. mostly brushed me off like he had a bad day or something.

It’s a Chipotle. I got the new steak, and if you like your steak well done and dry like cardboard, then it’s good. I prefer my steak to have a bit of red in it. It’s also very, very overseasoned, which is what you would need to mask the cardboard flavor. Get the chicken instead.
