I have ordered from this Jimmy John’s plenty of times, but today, my sandwich was not what I was expecting. No avocado nor mayonnaise. It was so dry that I almost choke. I was at work and didn’t have anything to put on my bread. I had to throw it in the trash. I am very disappointed I will still be ordering from there again. Hopefully, it’ll be like it usually is.

Today I ordered lunch for the family at Jimmy John’s on third street in downtown Baton Rouge. However the delivery time and overall situation was atrocious. The guy was a complete jerk and actually said to me that I was not his only customer then proceeded to flip me the bird as he turned to leave. True story. Unbelievable. Never, ever again. Shameful.

Very disappointed with this location today!!!! As much as I craved my sandwich, I was not pleased with them fulfilling the orders of 3 people who ordered AFTER me yet received their sandwich’s BEFORE me. Then when I asked for my refund, the attitude I received was as if I was out of line for asking for my money back. I will say, this is the 1st time I’ve had a bad experience here, but it was enough to truly anger me and leave me hungry.

I love Jimmy John’s, but this branch doesn’t seem very competent. Almost every time I go there they get my order wrong in some way, whether it’s leaving off the cheese or giving me a different sandwich altogether. Always check your order before leaving.

Always very fast and good. Don’t miss the tables upstairs if you’re looking for a place to sit down. Just wish they were open later than 5pm. I think they’d do well considering Canes usually has a small crowd for dinner every evening. Plus there’s delivery.
