I wouldn’t even give a 1 star… Visiting family in Safford, AZ and waited hours later for our delivery, called to simply ask when we were going to get our food and the manager instantly snapped and was rude, Just completely avoiding the question and kept saying “I don’t need this right now”. I get you might be busy on a holiday but don’t take your anger out on me, I waited hours before calling…. She refused to give me her name and just hung up on me? I just wanted the food I ordered, I thought I was being more than understanding – I’ll just make it easier on you and cancel my order and never order here again. Good job Pizza Hut! Your standards continue to tank.

I have ordered Pizza Hut for our business 3-4 times now. We have two different locations to deliver and span out the deliveries 30 min-1 hour apart in order to avoid confusion. Every delivery has been a difficult process; we either receive every pizza at the wrong location, pizzas are missing, or the orders are swapped around.

Our server was friendly. But the service was poor. Upon being seated we ordered our drinks and a double order of cheese sticks as an appetizer. 15 minutes later we recieved our drinks and placed our order for our pizza. An additional 45 minutes pased and a trip to the restroom by the counter showed our order sitting on the counter. After an hour of waiting we left without our food. There was a total of 4 tables through this monday night rush.

I’m from salt lake visiting family and an employee cussed out someone over the phone and she hung up really quick and went to the back so I never got her name and it made me uncomfortable while eating my food it made me think she could have done something to my food so I just threw it away and left

Coming from CT where they no longer had a Pizza Hut (the restaurant that was exactly the same as this one closed at least 15 years ago and the little storefront that only offered pickup or delivery, no dine-in, closed about 8 years ago) I was very pleasantly surprised to be transported back to my youth the second I walked in. The food is standard Pizza Hut fare; tasty but not very good for you. The staff is very friendly.
