Walking in there is no one to greet you. There may have been only two people working the front of house, i.e. hostess, and waitress. I was seated and promptly received my beverage. I looked over the menu and decided to try ribs. I got three ribs and a side of okra and then ordered a barbecue beef sandwich. The ribs were good. Not great. The barbecue sauce left a lot to be desired. Everyone has their own taste preferences for barbecue sauce, so this just might be mine. Barbecue beef sandwich, though had no flavor, it had sauce on it, and still had no flavor. My bill was $25, and it wasn’t worth it. The server was really pleasant and when I used the honey bottle unknowingly, someone had loosened the top. The mess that made had me scrambling to clean up.

Very disappointing with the service of the North Little Rock corkys. We have VIPs visiting from Savannah Georgia and I placed an order over a week out to make sure we had enough food for 40 people. The day of the event they brought enough food for about 30 people and no barbecue. This is totally unacceptable someone should’ve inventoried the order before it left the restaurant. This is not how you do business!!!

I like Corky’s! However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing. We got seated pretty quickly. We had about 6 in our party and only 2 were there at the time, so we waited to order food and only requested water. The others showed up shortly after and no one came back to take our order. The others didn’t even have drinks, despite making eye contact with the waitress twice and they were not occupied with other guests as it wasn’t busy at this time. We sat there for, at the very least, 30 minutes…could’ve been more. So, we got up and left. I could’ve said something to her but I shouldn’t have to. ♂️

Stopped in for late lunch early dinner. Food was great the sandwiches were great and the fries too. They have batter on them. I would recommend getting something other than the BBQ baked beans. They tasted good but I think they were just bushes with some BBQ sauce. I’m sure their potatoe salad is probably a better choice. But to each their own.

Food was delicious, atmosphere comfortable, and service was fantastic! Food tasted great with and without bbq sauce, falling off the bone, and a had a succulent smokiness. My husband and I shared the 2 combo platter with bbq chicken, pulled pork, mac and cheese and green beans (the perfect amount of food for us). I nibbled his roll and was so surprised by how good it was! Also not everyone can pull off a good mac and cheese and their’s is unique with a white cheddar sauce oozing over soft but still springy pasta. I appreciated the beans not being too salty, although they could have used a touch more – not a deal breaker however.

So the drive thru girl was super sweet and friendly, BUT the food was not good at all. The pork was very overdone and chewy and there was barely any sauce on the sandwich and what was on it didn’t taste very good. When you order a side it comes in a 4 oz cup which was super tiny. Tbh, I’ve never had a good experience at the corkys in NLR. Which sucks because I really wanted to like it.
