October Kitchen is truly amazing! When I was going through a difficult time my sister bought me a gift card and the nourishing, DELICIOUS meals were so helpful. Now, when I know I have a very busy week coming up, I get my order in by Sunday evening and I know that no matter what happens during the week my family will eat well, and for a very reasonable price! (I usually order meal bundles of 10.) The portion sizes are very good and the meals are very tasty and so fresh tasting, no matter if they are pre-frozen or not. My absolute favorites are the seafood meals while the rest of my family chooses classic comfort meals like pot roast and lasagne. Also, I am gluten AND dairy free and there are plenty of options for me, which is truly surprising. I never get bored! All of their foods are labeled very clearly on the website, so you can easily see your diet needs. The customer service is also top notch. They are very pleasant on the phone if you have questions, and when there have been occasions when I needed to email them, they got back to me right away. To me, October Kitchen is it the total package! You can avoid picking up fast food and still have a quick, easy, comforting meal!

I was first introduced to October Kitchen when I was gifted a delivery during my maternity leave. Five years later, I keep coming back! The flash frozen meals are a perfect size for an easy lunch during a work at home day. Delicious and well portioned. Delivery to West Hartford makes it so easy and the prices are very fair especially as compared to some other local delivery options. The staff is so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I’ve never had a single negative experience with the food, staff, or delivery. I’m a huge fan!

October Kitchen has been a life changing resource for my girlfriend and I. She is an ICU nurse and I have congestive heart failure – Her work schedule is insane and healthy eating is hard, I have a ton of dietary restrictions due to my health that include low sodium and it’s very difficult to maintain without some help. October Kitchen has provided a solution for both of us – We’ve lost weight, we feel better, we eat better outside of the meals and have carried the portion control and meal best practices into our own cooking. My diet has never been better and after a lifetime of disordered eating, I’m finally making some progress. The food is absolutely delicious, there is no way I’m making anything this healthy and good tasting on a daily basis, these people are wizards or something. The staff is wonderful, the customer service is excellent, the quality of ingredients is top notch, the convenience is unmatched.

I am so pleased with October Kitchen I want to let all I encounter know the great service they provide. While facing some challenges I quickly knew I had to find another source to provide me with nourishment! and here I am. I am so eager to order each week. I am delighted when the food arrives via a friendly member of the team, and when I see the enticing meals, all of which are presented beautifully, I immediately wish for meal time! I have not had one meal thus far that has not been delicious. All servings are more than generous, fresh and cooked to perfection. This service is a gift to myself…and it keeps on giving! I cannot wait to see the next available menu…I must comment that the personnel are so warm and friendly too. They are there not only to nourish my body but they bring such joy to my day.
