How have I missed this place for almost 2 years?!? Great vibe, seasonal wine list, awesome craft cocktails, spectacular farm to table menu! We did the wine and small bite pairing: 10/10 recommend! The best part of the evening was the service. Hands. Downs. Carolina was our server and she made us feel at home and welcome, especially as first timers. She knew the menu in and out and was able to make recommendations for food and cocktails/wine together, which is, of course, what I LOVE!! Even though it was a slower night (maybe 6 tables total) Carolina was able to bring a vibrancy to the dinner that elevated it, making it feel like a Friday girls night! 12/10 recommend Caroline!

Looking for somewhere to go in Kalamazoo where fine dinning is art. Are you looking for that wow factor on your first date and want to dress to impress. Look no futher….Elysium delivers all that and more. While I visit during the year, I make it a special day every year whenever it is restaurant week, to try out the new dishes their chefs have whipped up. I would highly recommend making this one of top eating spots.

Very fine dining, excellent staff, attention to details, great wine and whiskey selection, indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is a little confusing and they run out of menu items a bit early, but they have some of the smoothest Crème Brûlée desserts I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back again.

We have been to Elysium for a few date nights and always have been really happy with the food and service. We chose to celebrate our anniversary there last night and it was such a special experience. There was a handwritten card on our table congratulating us and we were offered champagne to celebrate. We’ve always enjoyed our experience but this was incredible, truly above and beyond to make a memorable night. Definitely try this place!!!

Really wonderful experience on our first visit. From the moment we arrived the staff was welcoming, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Our group had the pleasure of trying a variety of innovative and well balanced cocktails from their menu, all of which were delicious and many featured Michigan made spirits. The food was innovative and flavorful with an excellent variety of options for all of the different palates in our group. The hard boiled egg with truffle custard and salmon roe was an exceptional bite! We capped it all off with some awesome desserts, the Nutella pie was so good. Will definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning next time I am in Kalamazoo, hopefully when it is warm and we can enjoy the patio.
