I ordered two big boxes, one with a crispy chicken sandwich, fries, and mac and cheese, and one with a 5 piece, and the same sides along with honey mustard. I was given a spicy chicken sandwich and that box was missing a fry, and I received ranch and barbecue sauce, “we don’t refund, we guarantee we’ll make your order right.” Your job is just to make my order right, that is literally it.

This is the second time we went into order double downs, and they have not had enough to make three double downs at a time or they’re missing the bacon or the cheese and then I just ordered some nuggets that were so dry. I couldn’t even eat them an eight piece terrible. Terrible terrible always understaffed And the food is just not good. We need a KFC in a different location.

This place makes you pull up for EVERYTHING EVERY TIME. So there will be cars parked all along the building waiting for food because they’re on a timer and have everyone pull up just to get cold food. The guy at the window while I was waiting for my food for 10 mins came back and said “can you move? We’re on a timer” but there was nowhere else to go because everyone was waiting

Came here with my bf on his lunch break. Ordered two mashed potato bowls.. get to the window, they ask us to pull up and wait. Sitting there for 25 minutes and watch 5 other cars pull off. He finally goes inside and they say they forgot about our order. Worst place in Benton harbor, by far.

They ran out of tenders (understandable) so I ordered regular chicken. It was super soggy and SUPER SALTY. The biscuits were hard. They ran out of Mac and cheese (understandable) but then they forgot my mashed potatoes. It was like 40 bucks and the only thing edible was the fries. I’m not a picky eater or a complainer but yikes .. also the staff was friendly so I feel bad writing this.
