Second time here. Consistently great service. We came today for brunch and the vibes were immaculate when the live musician Ryan arrived. Our server, Jessica, was also amazing and kept our bottomless mimosas coming. My sister and I both ordered the blackened salmon avocado toast and agreed it was great. I’m so happy I moved right up the street and will absolutely return. The first time we came we had the smothered chicken brunch entree and do not really recommend that because the cut of chicken thigh they used was pretty fatty. Our experience today more than made up for that.

Always Love
I’ve ordered to go from here and the food has always been amazing especially the oysters . Finally decided to dine in for dinner. From the atmosphere to the art this is such an aesthetically beautiful restaurant. Our Waiter Graham was amazing. We started with the tacos which I believe is in the happy hour menu. They were aaaaamazing . Our cocktail drinks were a bit watered down. For our mains we got Lagarde Smash Burger with a side of the dirty rice which was really good and the Petite Ribeye which was probably a solid 7/10 the chimichurri recipe needs some fine tuning, very bland mostly greens and oil . I’d suggest probably adding red ️ / red peppers, vinegar , garlic, onions salt base seasoning to give it more flavor. But either way wonderful restaurant great atmosphere and great staff.

Good Food! Good Service! Nice Dining room! Thanks to GM Doug for checking in to ensure all was good!!! I started with a cup of coffee. I don’t eat many burgers but had a taste for one so I ordered the delightful LaGarde Smashed Burger, which comes with 2-3oz house ground beef patties, pepper jack cheese, Cajun garlic aioli, and the most delightful onion-bacon marmalade with a side of fries! Yummy to the tummy!

Loved the vibe and the food was on point. I hear the deviled eggs are wonderful but did not get a chance to try them. For those who love dogs, they are allowed on the patio.

We’ve dined here a number of times, and wanted to share a review that more specifically spoke to the great service of our server, Jessica. Jessica has helped us a couple of different times, but it’s usually pretty spread out between visits. She not only remembered us, she remembered some of our needs, shared them with the chef, and our food arrived perfectly. She’s super pleasant and took great care of us. We enjoy the menu at Lagarde…as it’s unique and quite different from most restaurants. We’ll be back!

Came here for brunch on Mother’s Day. I guess they were short staffed, because the food took forever to come out, and it was completely packed out. Our server was great, no fault to him. Drinks were good. Had the pandemic punch & the sazerac. For food, I started with the cajun fish bites, then had the gumbo, french toast, and Beignets & bread pudding to finish. The cajun fish bites were great, but the portion size should be bigger. The gumbo was great, period. The french toast was average, and to pay that price for one piece of French toast was crazy. Wouldn’t recommend. The bread pudding was good, but is heavy on the chocolate, just an FYI. The beignets were some of the best I’ve had anywhere! I’d come back for those anytime. But overall, the meal was average. Not bad, just not great.

Nice place for casual dining. Our first outing here and we will return. They have open tables, a couple booths, and a full bar. The menu is varied and they have specials. I had the catfish, fried, but they’ll do blackened too. It comes with Mac and cheese but I subbed mixed veggies to stay carb happy. My wife had salmon with broccoli and she said it was superb. My only minor complaint is the noise level, but the food made up for it. They have a nice patio so that’ll be our next stop when the weather is nicer.
