I hadn’t been to a Taco Time in many years but decided to stop by today after picking up the kids from school, and boy have I missed this place! This location is excellent. It was clean, fast, fresh food, and friendly. I really do appreciate the quickness of service and the food was excellent (certainly better quality then most “fast food” places). Will probably revisit soon.

The staff at this location are incompetent and rude. I had an order that was not correct and called them once I got home. The gentleman said he would add my name to a list and that they would give me the items on my next visit. On my visit 2 weeks later, they said they could not honor my request, and that I had to contact corporate to get my 2 items. Are you kidding me? You want me to call corporate to get 2 items that your staff neglected to give me 2 weeks prior. Train your staff on your policies so that you set the right expectations with your customers. The assistant manager (Summer) and her fellow coworker needs customer service training on how to interact with dissatisfied customers, their interaction with me was not a pleasant one .
