I was skeptical after reading the mixed reviews but we had a great time here! We were quoted a 30 minute wait but were seated in 15. Our server Anya was very personable and attentive. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious! I felt prices were very fair. Definitely get a milkshake!

On the first night of our trip we went to grab a bite to eat and that is when we met Chris. This is an amazing person who made our day. He makes you feel welcomed and the whole dining experience is better because of him. The food was great but Chris made it a night to remember. I left feeling like I had made a new friend and because of Chris whenever I see a Johnny Rocket I will smile. Thank you Chris and keep being you.

The second we walked in the door it was great. Eva was our server and she was phenomenal! The food came out fast and it was hot, fresh and delicious. We live on the west coast and we will eat here every time we come to visit. Such good work even though they were short staffed.

More like dud. The only rocket there was our waiter Chris. They were out of ice cream(so no shakes), onion rings, and they only had American cheese. Chris did his best to make everything better. As we waited for our food the staff basically ignored customer after customer that came in (lucky them).Thank you Chris hopefully your plans work out for you. Definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

We were 3 adults and one child who visited for dinner today in Daytona Beach. We were greeted very nicely at this establishment after walking away from 2 rather dire alternatives. Our waitress was Nya, who has just started working there. She was very patient and helpful and quick to fix a problem with our order. She was attentive and professional throughout our meal, making sure our drinks were topped up and we were enjoying our meal. My daughter says she deserves a raise! Johnny Rockets has a great asset!

Missing Piece found
We came for lunch and waited over an hour for our food. Which we ordered 3 of the same meals, mine was completely wrong. Tony our waiter was great, friendly and attentive. We had to speak to manager, which was no where to be found. After 30 minutes, she came out and after explaining, she asked what do you want me to do? I laughed, said please remove the meal as it was not touched and we were also charged for items that were not asked for or given, but charged. Not one apology. Several other families were seen to have left the restaurant while waiting for their table order to be taken, which was that managers tables and again with nowhere to be found. We counted at least 18 people that left. This is our second time here after giving it a second chance we will not be giving it a third.

I’m not gonna lie, I was nervous to come here because of all the bad reviews but was really intrigued because of the newly added plant based line. JR now has an impossible burger (no Mayo) with the option to add daiya vegan cheese and they also have vegan shakes with vegan whipped cream. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and sat at a table. I was surprised with how clean everything seemed and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Our waitress Eva was very sweet and checked on us frequently. We received our food in a timely manner. Obviously not the best food in the world but definitely not bad and cheaper than some of the other places around. My friend had the smoked barbecue burger and she enjoyed it. The impossible burger was pretty decent as well as the vegan shake, didn’t love the vegan whipped cream tho. All in all a pretty good experience.
