I will never go back to this location. Everything was fine with our order until we went to pay. The price on the screen was shown, and when I went to pay, the cashier told me a different price, which was .27 cent higher, which obviously is no big deal, but I took a look at the receipt, and the cashier had charged me more to make a donation to the Ronald McDonald’s house. It’s called rounding up, and the extra money goes to charity. I give a lot of money to many different charities every year. But when someone who lies to me and tells me it’s the extra tax. I have a problem with that. I felt totally violated by this staff member at McDonald’s. She has no right to spend my money that I work very hard for. I think I am more upset because of how many more people this is happen to with even noticing this. The manager was helpful in hearing my complaint, and she understood this. She had wanted to give me some manager discounts/ coupons for free meals. But this was not about the money it was about how someone can lie, cheat, steal, and defraud customers. I told the manager to keep the coupons and give it to someone else who may actually need it.

McDonald’s is tasty fast food. HOWEVER, they mess up my order almost every time I go there and I use the app so there’s no excuse as the order is all typed out. When I have contacted upper management asking for refunds or credit for multiple items that I paid for and were missing they said I had to go into the branch I visited and ask them for a refund. This is ridiculous, your business made a mistake you fix it.

It’s McDonald’s. The food is fine and affordable; it’s just fast food. This location gets a 5 star review because of the staff!! Came here at 9PM today, 10/16, and the people working were so nice and funny. Get them a raise!! The girl at the drive thru window even did us a solid and informed us about a giant bug on the roof of our car. Good looking out!

This is an amazing McDonald’s! The place is super clean, and beautiful! It has great service and pretty grounds. The place has self service kiosks, and the staff assist you if you need help with the kiosks. The staff in general are very friendly, and the building looks more like a house than a McDonald’s.

For a “Fast Food” dining establishment, they have the restaurant quality that I deeply enjoy, first love the walk up kiosk for fast ordering, second love the fact that the food is brought out to your table and the staff occasionally walking up to see if there is anything else they can do.
