Grand re-opening on July 3rd. Drive through line was crazy long (45 minutes to order and get food). Assume it will get better over time. Only way to order and get food is drive through.

Drive thru only, food was decent, the line moved quick for it being only drive thru they have someone outside directing traffic because people do want to jump in front of you, customer service was awesome and the food was great! love their fries and chicken

We stopped in for the first time at this location and OMG what great food and service! The burger was very tasty and the fries were the best I’ve had in a long time. They were like the old McD fries but better and they served a huge amount. I was in fry heaven! I can’t wait to return!

Decided to try the new location which is drive thru only. Waited a long time. Ordered Italian beef with hot giardanara.. close to $10.. got the bag and first thing I noticed is how light it is. The Italian beef is so small with not enough meat. It tasted fine but they need to load these up and make them bigger for the price..

Well, you can’t go in, it’s all drive up service. The fries are the same except for the price. They’re $5 now, but they’re still delicious. The same oh lukes delicious And satisfying as always.

Great beef. Great service. Their fries are literally the same as McDonald’s fries. Pepsi products, which sucks but I got a lemonade. But almost $16 for a meal. Too pricey for me. I could have gotten Portillos or Kostas for cheaper and same quality.

Back but not the same. I loved the hot dogs at Tore & Lukes. They were the Vienna hot dogs with a snap. Unfortunately, now they’re mushy. The fries were good but the garbage bag fries aren’t as plentiful as they once were. They also got rid of their mozzarella sticks.

UPDATE: WELL, this love affair was short lived. I love my beef dipped with no visible signs of life. So, REALLY juicy and I ask for a side of gravy. When we ordered tonight, we told they don’t give sides of gravy. End result? I got a dry beef sandwich. UGH!!! at least at Portillo’s you get extra gravy, you just have to double check the accuracy of the order. SO SO disappointed!

Unfortunately, the beef just isn’t at all what it used to be. Inconsistently cut with pieces being too thick, plus the fat wasn’t trimmed off well. The flavor isn’t the same and very standard, at best. Also, the giardineria definitely changed too. I was at Luke’s on Jackson downtown which is the original recipe and that’s how good Tore & Luke’s could be/it’s how it used to be. Drive thru only now and I’m sure they’ll figure out how to speed it up after time. Service is still great as usual and the fries are the best! I’m sure a lot of the other menu items are still good and will be back to try, but super disappointed with the beefs.
